Return Policy

When purchasing at wholesale, the sale is final. Any  claim for defective items must be reported to us via E-mail at sales@fashionknockoffs.net  within three business days from the date you receive the shipment.  A Return Authorization Number will then be issued. We do not accept any defect claim requests after the three-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason. Each claimed defect item needs to be returned in original package or it will be identified as misusage defect. No credit will be issued or replacements will be approved.

We reply back to all requests for an RMA within 2 business days. If you do not receive any RMA confirmation  number in 2 business days from the day you request, you are liable to contact us within 2 days. We are not responsible for the lost of RMA confirmation by e-mail.

Refusals: Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will result in charges for any additional shipping expenses incurred, as well as a 25% restocking fee. 

Defective: If you find the package(s) get(s) damaged while you accept the package(s), report to the carrier's driver immediately. So he/she will have the record for your claim to their customer service department. We are not liable for the carrier delays or damage during transportation.

Delivery:

We ship orders in the US through UPS Ground Service. With the exception of orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses, we ship through the USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We are closed weekends and all Holidays. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order. You will receive tracking information directly from the carrier after your order is shipped. Please assure you provide us with the most recent valid e-mail address for contacting. 

The average shipping time for UPS Ground delivery is 2-5 business days. If you need to upgrade from UPS Ground service, please make a note in the comment portion of the order form as to the date the order is needed by and we will manually upgrade the shipping selection to air delivery. Please be advised that upgrading from UPS Ground to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Air is at least double the UPS Ground shipping fee.

The shipping charge shown on the order form is an ESTIMATED shipping fee for UPS Ground service in the US. Orders that cannot be sent UPS Ground will be charged the appropriate  charge if sent USPS Priority Mail or UPS Expedited Delivery. The precise shipping charge may not be reflected in the shopping cart correctly and will be adjusted manually, after the order is processed and the size and weight of the carton is ascertained.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. fashionknockoffs.net reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. 

If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please notify your credit card issuing bank to add the shipping address as an alternative address (in addition to the billing address) to expedite the payment process. Otherwise, your order will be held for your further confirmation of the valid shipping address that your credit card issuing bank has on record. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation of avoiding the fraud usage of credit card.

***Note:
We do not tolerate credit card fraud, which is a felony. If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent, we will report all information to the FBI.
